Grab your emotional support drink and dive on in with me, friend.

First, what is Corrective Rebalancing?

Have you heard of Corrective Rebalancing before? Probably not since it’s my creation and only recently have I put all the elements together.  It’s no problem if you haven’t.

In most simple terms, it’s a comprehensive program that addresses the most common imbalances in people suffering from chronic neck pain, back pain, headaches and more.

For those of us who have been in healthcare for a while, you know this means addressing these issues in new ways since the existing approach is simply to cover up the pain with medications or injections.

As you can see, addressing the core issues perpetuating chronic pain can have a massive impact on people who have struggled with the limitations of chronic pain..

It’s also good to know that:

  • This is an approach that does not use medications, injections, surgery, or electrical stimulation.
    • This approach helps restore greater control back to the nervous system and the body.
  • This program empowers the user with tools to use on an ongoing basis.

How I Started Using Corrective Rebalancing to Achieve Massive Pain Relief

Not to humblebrag, but you may look at me, and my success helping people overcome chronic pain and think, “He’s one to talk about struggling with pain.”

Years ago, I was just like you. I was suffering with a host of recurrent issues. As a chiropractor I’ve been getting adjusted for decades. While this gave me relief and enabled me to stay active, I still suffered on a regular basis.

You see I was in a severe head on car crash at age 18. I suffered for a year before seeing a chiropractor. While this helped immensely the injuries healed with permanent problems.

Then, I started to experiment and put together what I now call the Corrective Rebalancing Program, and it changed my life that of my patients by:

  • Correcting long standing imbalances that traditional chiropractic didn’t correct
  • Restoring mobility and alignment to the joints of my spine and pelvis
  • Activating key postural support muscles called the Posterior Chain
  • Bring balance to the Autonomic Nervous System by activating the Vagus Nerve

Side Note: This may seem pretty magical but it’s still hard work. Others in my field approach it differently.  Most chiropractors practice traditional chiropractic. It’s great stuff but the focus is simply on restoring motion to restricted joints.

What it lacks is the focus to identify the underlying cause and the restoration of balance and alignment.

4 Actionable Steps to Implement Corrective Rebalancing Today

You know how Corrective Rebalancing works now, but maybe you’re struggling to see how you can make it work for you.

Try this:

  1. If you live in Nevada County, CA in the Grass Valley area consider scheduling a visit to Life Chiropractic in Grass Valley: Schedule Here
  2. Start to activate your Vagus Nerve initially by spending 5 minutes twice a day breathing slowly and lightly in and out your nose. Breathe so light that you can barely perceive the air entering and exiting your nose.
  3. Move your neck and low back through gentle movements. In the neck look gently up to the ceiling and back to straight ahead 10 to 15 times. Turn your head to the right and back to center and repeat 15 times. Do the same on the left. Sitting at the edge of a chair roll your pelvis forward increasing your low back curve and then roll backwards. Repeat 15 times.
  4. Do not make the mistake many make by trying to stretch through your tightness.

I dare you to pick out even just one of the above steps and do it before you finish your day today.

Case Study: Michael

When Michael came to my office he was fed up with the pain that radiated from his low back all the way down his leg to his foot. He had been exercising and stretching but it wasn’t helping. He wasn’t sleeping well.

Thankfully, he came across my practice through his online research and the many 5-star reviews.

In his own words, he asked me “Is there anything you can do for me, I’m not sure I can continue like this?”

Since he had tried stretching and medication and physical therapy, he thought, “What do I have to lose by giving this chiropractor with great reviews a shot?”

To his surprise, he began to experience some improvement almost immediately. The first big success was when the pain no longer traveled past the knee.

He was just in the office this week after being away on vacation for a few weeks. He related that he’s doing well with only intermittent mild pain into his hip but not down the leg.
